We’re partnering with a high-growth AI startup transforming a massive industry to find their first GTM Strategy hire.

This is a rare opportunity for an analytically-minded operator to build product marketing and go-to-market strategy from the ground up at a venture-backed company experiencing explosive growth. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, helping shape how the market understands the product while working directly with senior leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Own product launches and GTM execution for new features
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and market narratives
  • Build sales enablement materials, case studies, and customer-facing content
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research
  • Analyze sales conversations, customer feedback, and product usage data to improve messaging and strategy
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive growth

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, operations, growth, or product marketing
  • Experience in a high-performance, analytically rigorous environment
  • Strong written communication and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable working with data, customer insights, and sales feedback
  • High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • Excited by fast-paced startup environments and building from scratch
