Elyssa West founded The Talent Group in 2007 after spending 13+ years as a strategic marketer for some of Boston’s largest ad agencies – Digitas, Arnold, Carat – where she worked closely with product, analytics, strategy, media and creative teams. Today she oversees all partnerships and truly enjoys working with each client and candidate personally ensuring the needs of both sides are understood and their individual needs met.

She is dedicated to connecting exceptional mid to senior-level talent with leading organizations across industries.

She brings a deep understanding of:
