We’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed healthcare AI startup that is transforming how healthcare practices operate through automation and AI. The company has achieved strong early traction and is now looking for a Founding Growth Lead to build and scale its outbound growth engine.

This is a highly visible individual contributor role reporting directly to the founder. You’ll own growth initiatives end-to-endโ€”from identifying target accounts and building outbound programs to testing messaging, launching new channels, and driving qualified demos with healthcare decision-makers.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or outbound GTM at a B2B SaaS startup
  • Current or prior experience within healthcare, healthtech, healthcare services, healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, digital health, or a related healthcare-focused environment
  • Built outbound channels from scratch and can point to measurable results (pipeline, demos, revenue, or customer acquisition)
  • Strong hands-on experience with modern growth tools such as Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, and AI-powered workflows
  • A bias for action and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment
  • A passion for experimentation, testing new ideas, and finding scalable growth opportunities
