Head of Growth San Francisco · Full-time · Onsite 5 days/week

Own it all.

We’re an AI company replacing billion-dollar legacy automation tools for the world’s largest enterprises. Series A backed. Fast growing. We need our first marketing hire — someone who can build the function from scratch and stay hands-on as we scale.

The role

You’ll be our first marketing hire. That means you own everything: brand, demand gen, content, SEO, paid, lifecycle, and the full marketing stack. You’ll work directly with the founders, shape how the world understands what we’re building, and build the function from zero.

This isn’t a “manage the agency” job. You’ll be in the weeds writing, experimenting, and shipping — and if you love being scrappy then you’ll love this!

What you’ll own

  • Build and run integrated campaigns across email, web, and social that drive real pipeline
  • Own content strategy — thought leadership, case studies, launches, partnerships, community
  • Develop and optimize SEO, GEO, and paid search for compounding organic growth
  • Run structured growth experiments; measure what works, cut what doesn’t
  • Set up and manage the full marketing stack: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Webflow, and beyond
  • Stay sharp on LinkedIn and X algorithm trends to maximize organic distribution
  • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to nail messaging for every launch

What we’re looking for

  • 4–8 years in growth marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup — ideally as the first or solo marketing hire
  • A true generalist: demand gen, content, SEO, paid, lifecycle, partnerships — you’ve done it all and can lead it all
  • Experience selling into Fortune 500s; background in fintech, compliance, or security is a strong plus
  • Sharp storyteller who can translate complex technical products into narratives that actually land
  • Fluent in the tools: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Webflow, Figma, Notion, or equivalents
  • Proven ability to build processes and playbooks from scratch

Not the role for you if:

You’re a hands-off VP or CMO, a pure product marketer, or your experience is in consumer or e-commerce.
