Own it all.
We’re an AI company replacing billion-dollar legacy automation tools for the world’s largest enterprises. Series A backed. Fast growing. We need our first marketing hire — someone who can build the function from scratch and stay hands-on as we scale.
The role
You’ll be our first marketing hire. That means you own everything: brand, demand gen, content, SEO, paid, lifecycle, and the full marketing stack. You’ll work directly with the founders, shape how the world understands what we’re building, and build the function from zero.
This isn’t a “manage the agency” job. You’ll be in the weeds writing, experimenting, and shipping — and if you love being scrappy then you’ll love this!
What you’ll own
- Build and run integrated campaigns across email, web, and social that drive real pipeline
- Own content strategy — thought leadership, case studies, launches, partnerships, community
- Develop and optimize SEO, GEO, and paid search for compounding organic growth
- Run structured growth experiments; measure what works, cut what doesn’t
- Set up and manage the full marketing stack: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Webflow, and beyond
- Stay sharp on LinkedIn and X algorithm trends to maximize organic distribution
- Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to nail messaging for every launch
What we’re looking for
- 4–8 years in growth marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup — ideally as the first or solo marketing hire
- A true generalist: demand gen, content, SEO, paid, lifecycle, partnerships — you’ve done it all and can lead it all
- Experience selling into Fortune 500s; background in fintech, compliance, or security is a strong plus
- Sharp storyteller who can translate complex technical products into narratives that actually land
- Fluent in the tools: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Webflow, Figma, Notion, or equivalents
- Proven ability to build processes and playbooks from scratch
Not the role for you if:
You’re a hands-off VP or CMO, a pure product marketer, or your experience is in consumer or e-commerce.

I’m partnering with a fast-scaling, venture-backed AI company that’s building a new category around agent-driven productivity tools. With significant traction, top-tier backing, and a rapidly growing user base, they’re now looking for someone to own how the brand shows up in the market.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of media strategy, brand, and partnerships — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and wants to shape how millions of people discover a product.
What you’ll do:
- Own and execute media strategy across channels (digital, traditional, OOH, podcasts, etc.)
- Manage an external PR agency and guide overall communications strategy
- Identify and drive strategic co-marketing partnerships that expand reach and awareness
- Define and track brand health metrics and measure media effectiveness/ROI
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, creative, product, and performance teams
What they’re looking for:
- ~5–8 years of experience in brand, media, or integrated marketing
- Background in a Series A/B (or similar stage) startup environment
- Experience managing agencies and executing co-marketing partnerships
- Strong understanding of media strategy and brand measurement
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in an unstructured environment
- Comfortable working hybrid in Palo Alto
This is a rare opportunity to step into a category-defining AI company and take ownership of brand visibility at scale.

Our client, a fast-growing software startup, is seeking a GTM Lead to turn early traction into a scalable, repeatable growth engine. This is a high-autonomy, high-upside role ideal for someone with 2 to 5 years of go-to-market experience, strong analytical instincts, and the scrappiness that comes from being in the trenches at an early-stage B2B SaaS company. If you’ve worked at a startup that didn’t quite make it, but you still believe in the GTM motion, you’ll feel right at home here. The role comes with early equity and a clear path to grow into a future Head of GTM.
What You’ll Do
- Draft, test, and analyze outbound campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop and execute a content strategy for social media, email, and thought leadership.
- Plan and manage events, dinners, trips, and conferences to drive a relationship-based pipeline.
- Build, refine, and own analytics to improve conversion from first touch through pilot close.
- Experiment creatively across GTM channels to identify scalable top-of-funnel levers.
What Makes You a Fit
- 2 to 5 years (not much more, please) of experience in GTM roles (sales, growth, marketing, or similar).
- Prior experience at a pre-Series A startup, ideally wearing multiple hats.
- Investment banking experience is a plus, reflecting analytical rigor and work ethic.
- Degree from a top 50 university.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort running experiments and interpreting funnel data.
- Driven, gritty, and motivated by ownership and impact.
