We are looking for a Marketing Manager to bring our team to the next level. Data-driven, digital marketing is the key to success. The Marketing Manager should bring deep business strategy and technical expertise. You will report to their Executive Vice President of Business Solutions.

You will be asked to develop measurement frameworks and processes to inform their marketing strategy and you will be responsible for their branding across their digital platforms, prioritizing the website and thought leadership. Additionally, you will manage a team of Marketing Associates and be expected to guide the team in executing against the marketing plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop measurement framework and processes with a focus on finding actionable insights utilizing their existing marketing tech stack
  • Optimize utilization of HubSpot tools
  • Project manage website upgrade projects and oversee website management on WordPress
  • Manage positioning and brand identity across external channels and ensure internal consistency
  • Align editorial direction to business objectives, oversee execution of content development, and provide approvals
  • Craft ABM strategies for key target accounts and oversee execution of the plan
  • Collaborate with external agency and publications partners to manage paid campaigns, consult on strategy, and grow brand awareness
  • Partner with the business solutions team and the account team to identify tools and processes to improve collaboration and support across the organization
  • Manage 3 – 4 direct reports, and work cross-functionally with project planners, writers, strategist, and designer for content creation

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Deep experience in HubSpot Marketing Tools and WordPress website management
  • Experience tracking, reporting, and acting on KPIs
  • Background in website development/management
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing and be a strategic thinker who brings innovative ideas to the table
  • Strong experience managing staff, including project planners, writers, and designers
  • Confidence to present ideas and learnings clearly to the executive team
  • Ability to develop programs and deliverables that support agency’s messaging and positioning
  • Excellent writer, editor, and proofreader
  • Proven communication skills and working relationships with sales and creative teams
  • Experience designing and executing ABM campaigns

Additional requirements include:

  • BA/BS in liberal arts, journalism, marketing or communications preferred
  • 5-8+ years’ experience in marketing with demonstrated success, ideally with agency experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Expert in HubSpot Marketing tools and WordPress for website management
