Content Marketing Associate

The Content Marketing Associate will work closely with the Director of Marketing to drive diverse marketing communications projects and ensure brand consistency across a variety of media. Responsibilities will also include website content creation and management, social media, sales tools development, day-to-day support to the marketing team, and other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing. The successful candidate will have excellent communications and organizational skills as well as demonstrate keen attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with agency experience who wants to move to an in-house position with a rapidly growing technology company.


  • Marketing Communications: Craft content for email campaigns, announcements, press releases and presentations targeted to current customers and prospects; track results and generate reports
  • Online Presence: Create and manage content for online properties including the website and social media; track results and generate reports
  • Sales Tools: Assist with the development of product datasheets and brochures
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Some examples of other duties include research, building marketing program calendars, and handling requests from team members and partners


  • BA, BS, or equivalent in Marketing, Journalism or related field
  • 2 to 3 years of marketing, advertising and/or public relations experience
  • Strong writer with the ability to distill complex information into simple, compelling copy
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a nice to have but not a must
  • Attention to detail, good judgment, and talent for getting things done
  • High personal drive and energy, with the ability to work well with co-workers, customers and partners
  • Able to take ownership of projects while also contributing as a team member
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities
